Teresa Jaldón
Teresa Jaldón began very young learning flamenco dance in her hometown of Huelva in the emblematic Peña Flamenca de Huelva.
She continued her training with great masters of Flamenco. She combined her dance training with Theater Studies and Pedagogy (University of Huelva).
Teresa created her own school FLAMENCOAMSTERDAM in 2006, continuing her artistic development with performances, courses and collaborations both in Spain and in the rest of Europe. Teresa has participated in Flamenco Festivals in Andalusia, in the Instituto Cervantes, FlamencoBiennale Nederland and Festivals of Peñas Flamencas.
As a teacher, she has given countless flamenco dance workshops in different institutions: Rotterdam Conservatory, Flamenco Biennale Nederland, Dance Conservatory, Dance School in Ankara (Turkey), among others.
MULTIFACETED ARTIST, creator of her own sustainable fashion brand FlamencoFamily and author and illustrator of children’s literature, Teresa Jaldon.
As a dance teacher, she highlights her energy, CREATIVITY, student motivation and spontaneity, making each class an experience always to be repeated!!
